Returns/exchanges are possible if the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we’ll guide you through the steps.

For shoes: wipe with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, and store away from heat. For clothing: follow the wash label; when in doubt, wash cold and air dry to keep the fit and print clean.
